Re: Installing my Alarm (msajr38)
If you cant tell anyone here what a multi-meter is, or how to use one, stop what you are doing, and have a shop install your alarm. I've done 2 alarms in different cars, and they both came with directions..........try reading them?

Best advice is to get a shop to install it.

I would agree. I bought an alarm, and read the directions, then got advice from teh audio/security forum, and then crawled under my dash - I came to 1 conclusion: F This. I'd rather pay someone else to do it, and then maybe make it more discreet once they are done. |

If i'm not mistaken to get the insurance from viper if your car does get stolen it has to be installed by a certified installer.
