Default Installing Indiglos

I got some indiglo gauges for my 93 ex manual, and i am having real trouble taking off the huge black piece that goes around the gauges pod and the part that is the vents, which has the clock in it and the hazard's, hopefully now you know what part i am talking about. Anyway i know u take out the hazards and i took out the 2 top screws above the bezel but it won't budge and I dont want to break anything. What the hell am i missing, i can't see anything, are there hidden screws? ty.

there should be two screws at the top of the bezel, and just give it a yank from the bottom of it.

so you took out the screw behind the hazard too, right? If you did, then gently pry it off...good luck

be really careful when you are prying off the black surround piece because those vents are very fragile. But after you get out the two screws above the speedo cluster and the one behiund the hazard light, then you can pull out the clock and disconnect that (and the hazard switch and go to work.

I would not recommend putting in the indiglo gauges though. I have them in my car and I really hate them but I am to lazy to take the damn things out. You will probably get tired of them but anyway, that's just my 2 cents. Good luck.
