Default installing ecu 92 Vti eg6

hi all, well short story long.. i`ve wanted the eg6 Vti since my 88 crx died back in 2004 or around there. and now there was a 92 vti FS locally with a burned ecu.. got it cheepish and today a refurbished and programmed ecu arrived from madfablabs.

ok the problem is that the burned ecu was laying in the passenger seat i have no idea where exactly it mounts..

i have removed the carpeting in the passanger footwell (?).
but no bolt holes are to be found that could remotely fit. there are two on a metal bracked but those "if possible to mount to" would have the ecu pointing towards the passanger seat..

im now thinking either up behind the heater ducks or even behind the next layer of insulation.. ther seems to be atleast one bolt hole that could fit

tha last layer of insulation has been torn by the mechanic who ripped it out.

i found no option to upload pics so straight from my photobucket:

edit: mounting frame thing probably
goes here
