Installed my Ziptech O2 sim, sensor voltage too high (P0136/P0138)?!
I finally got around to wiring the damn thing up in preparation for my forthcoming test pipe. I got it all wired up, reconnected the negative battery terminal and went for a semi-indulgent VTEC jaunt. No CELs, no worries Although it ususally takes a few days or hours for it to pop on, I figured that since everyone else had no problems with the product that niether would I. So I com home and park it, I go out a couple hours later to grab a burrito from Chipotle`and I get the dummy light. I was steady state cruising at part throttle going 50MPH when it happened and I could feel a drop in power. The drop in output is what prompted me to check my guage cluster. I immediately head towards the nearest Autozone and get a OBDII scan which pulls P0136 (A malfunction exists in the electrical cicuit for the secondary oxygen sensor) and P1038 (The input voltage from the secondary oxygen sensor is too high for current conditions.) Although I no longer "Catalyst efficincy below threshold" I just traded it for another set of problems. What'd I **** up?
BTW Autozone can print out the damn trouble code description now. Sweetness!

Too dark for pics, all of 'em came out shitty... Here's the breakdown:
Sim: Harness:
Red Spliced w Yellow/Black
Blue Spliced w Red/Black
Black Spliced w Black w/Silver dots
White Spliced with Yellow/Green
Green Connected to Red/White ON THE WRONG FKN' end!! I need to connect it to the ECU not the sensor.
