install air fuel ratio gauge
im trying to install my air fuel ratio gauge, and im wondering where do i tap the purple wire into?? i have a 00 civic si obd2

You might as well not even tap it at all. You will get a better readout that way. 
but really though there are teo ways you can do it. One is to look for the o2 sensor wire going to the ecu, or to the O2 itself. I don't know much past that.

We are here to try and help each other with our vehicles so if you cant help the guy, move on or type in something useful.
I am getting so pissed off that almost every post has "Search you idiot" put in by some d***head that only wants to have a additional post tick under his name.

the same can be said of someone who posts without searching. there are times when I agree with you, but this particular question comes up multiple times a week. If people didn't tell noobs to search on the easy stuff that's been covered a thousand times, all this forum would be is repeat questions, and topics on newer subjects would be forced to other pages where they wouldn't be seen. Besides, if he had searched, he would have found out that A/F guages dont really do anything without a wideband anyways.
