Default Inserting a mesh grill.

Ok I'm finally getting around to fixing up the "beater" and im putting in a mesh grill in the bottom of my 96 ex, i wanted to know if i had to cut out the existing grill or if that would make my bumper flex and crack the paint? I'm just a little confused on how to actually put the grill in the bottom of my bumper. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

can you put up a pic. of what you're going to put in the grill, cause if the mesh grill on a 1996 civic looks anything like i've seen before, i wouldn't do it. Poor fitment, looks horrible.

me too. It's been a while since I've had it, but I still look into buying a stock (uncut) bumper again.

The only time a cut out bumper looks good is when you have an intercooler behind it
