Any civic 240cc injectors. 92-95 stock d injectors or
There is a list but mainly it's like this
92-95 civic 240cc si ex dx lx
96-00 y8 and b16 240cc y7 and y5 are 190cc
Prelude are in the 300cc

It depends on what B16A you are getting. If its an OBD0 you'll need to swap with the ones that are on your D series motor currently. If its an OBD1 B16A just use the injectors it comes with. If its an OBD2 B16A swap with the ones that are on your D series motor currently. Like mentioned above the following will work and plug and play:
92-95 Civic D15B7 (DX, LX), D16Z6 (EX, Si)
94-95 Del Sol D15B7 (DX, LX), D16Z6 (EX, Si), B16A3 (Del Sol VTEC)
92-95 Integra All engines
92-95 Civic D15B7 (DX, LX), D16Z6 (EX, Si)
94-95 Del Sol D15B7 (DX, LX), D16Z6 (EX, Si), B16A3 (Del Sol VTEC)
