Important question!
Ok i have a 1999 civic LX, the dashboard lights are stocked and i want every light bulb in my car blue.
First off, how would i chnage those bulbs? i saw a topic "climate control", but its not for my year civic. it seemed that he only changed 2 bvulbs and every light was red, including the gauges...?
oh, and # bulbs will i need? 24s?
