i don't know much about engine repair but did you have to remove the head just to find this problem and is it impossible to just buy a new valve?

I dont think it would be safe to straighten the valve and put it back in, you might have to replace it... Take it to a shop, and get it fixed... OR buy a helms manual, and learn to do it your self....

PS can you put your D15b7 head back on till you fix the Z6 head?

That sucks major asz... but some people are assmuncherz.... If you could put your Stock B7 head back on that would give u time to build your Z6 head...

Buy a nice mild cam like an exospeed or crower stage 2, and some new valves, might as well get the springs and retainers, and then put it back on....

On D-series.org everyone says the exospeed cams pull nice from 3000- up to 8000 rpms.. and the dyno graphs I've seen show the power increse even throughout the powerband....

PS D-series.org has alot of D series motors info... check it out....
