Re: import auto salvage??? (On Point EK)
I have dealt with IAS for years now, and I have personally bought 2 complete swaps and GOD knows how many brakes, suspension, interior, etc. pieces from them.
They do NOT suck IMO, and although they are very busy and *sometimes* a little late to ship stuff, they ******* rule in my book.
On Point had his bad experience, and every business has bad things happen with customers.
I and many of my friends have had nothing but great experiences with them. I've driven up to their yards in North Carolina all the way from Atlanta, GA at LEAST 8 times in the past few years.
Have a problem with them?
Try this:
Call 1-800-962-8922 and ask for Larry Jr. or Randy Joeb only. I try to speak to Larry Jr. as much as possible since he and his Dad own the place, but Randy is Larry's right hand man.
Either of them will take care of you, and if you get voice mail KEEP calling - they are VERY busy but they will take care of you if they are even aware that there is a potential problem.
Cool?
