im working on gsr del sol cant make any power besides idle.... workling on now!!
ive been working on a 92 sol with an all stock b18c1. yesterday i got the car and there was bootleg stuff every where! spent all day getting it corrected. removed the intake manifold (snail style)(wasnt bolt on bottom!) then i took the harness off. i had to extend some wires. o2 sensor wasnt connected. got everything back together and the car cranks up and idles but when you give it gas it either takes forever to gain rpm or just straight bogs down. in the pocess we noticed that the flaps have been removed from the manifold. anyone know if this car is supposed to have a body map sensor or harness map sensor. or any suggestions?

Hmmm...never knew there was a '92 Del Sol.
It may have a firewall mounted MAP sensor (if it had a D15 originally), but it's connector should plug into the TB mounted MAP found on the B18C1 no problem.
A disconnected MAP will cause symptoms like you described. Also if the TPS and MAP connectors are switched around it will cause similar issues.
