I'm selling my engine soon, should I leave it in the car for test drives or take out and pack?

I always like to have things packed and ready to go, but I'm not sure about this. If I take it out, people can't test it. But if I leave it in, then the buyer has to wait a good while to have it out and packed. I don't mind either way so what do you guys prefer if you were a potential buyer of an engine?

If I were going to buy a motor, it would be a very nice selling point for me to have driven the car with the motor in it and to hear it running so I could make sure everything was functioning properly. It only takes a few hours to pull the motor out anyways, so you could have the buyer test it, then you can pull it out and have it ready for them the next day.

well if the buyer is going to be local leave it in the car
if you are going to ship the motor take it out
if you are going to ship the motor take it out

Agreed keep it in take local buyers out in it it'll really help. Espically if there not use to that type of power. Worked for a local seller I know around here. Just make sure you go out with them.
