can some one tell me how to load up pics and stuff like that thanks

Go to either of these sites and...

1. create an account
2. upload photos from your hard drive
3. copy and paste the link provided for each picture in a "post reply"

There is a few types on photobucket for "direct link", "IM and email" and also the normal "IMG" code.
