I'm a civic newbie, so I have a ? for you guys
My friend has a 93 civic dx, and he doesn't want the car as low as it is now (3" drop with busted shocks, don't ask, that's how he bought the car), but he still wants good handling. I offered to give him my old struts and springs from my 95 integra gsr, but I'm not sure if they'll bolt in. I've been told that the swap will work, but I would like to get some feedback from you guys. Thanks ^_^
Oh yeah, he also wants some additional power, and is on a pretty tight budget. What would you recommend? He already has an intake, and used to have an exhaust, but got pulled over and was fined for the car being too loud. Thanks again

A set of decent springs and shocks isn't that expensive. You want to be safe, so don't do it half assed. To be honest. if he is planning on sticking with the DX motor, I wouldn't put much more money into that and save up for a swap or forced induction.

Ouch dude. That's was blunt and painful So, from your post, I'm assuming that it will fit. That's good. He was planning on getting some aftermarket springs anyway.

I have some brand new Tokico lowering springs for $75 if interested.
Yes, the Integra shocks will fit on the civic, no prob. I'd to the Tokico springs with the TEG struts.

what are the spring rates on those? If the rate is right, then my question is, is that $75 shipped?
edit: what kind of car are they for, and what's the drop on those?
