im back with another problem..lol
well now the car is up and running now, but the only problem im having now is that, when its running. I will give it gas and for some reason when it revs 4k it makes this noise from the TB and will not rev over that 4K. I have NO CELs.
UPDATE OCTOBER 1
Im rechecking the cam timing. is there another way to check to make sure that the cam timing is correct? i was going by the notches in the cam gear(stock)

alright, ive done some searching on H-t and i guess the whistling is normal. The Tb still makes a popping sound when i give gas past 4K and drops back down. ive cleaned the TB. I let the car idle and put my hand over the TB and the engine almost cut off until i took my hand off. So im guessing i dont have any vac leaks.
the TPS is calibrated and working fine..anything else am i missing

u sure the firing order is correct?? also ur distributor might be 180 degress off.. take off the distributor and turn the distributor thing 180 degress put it back on and see if that fixes ur problem

hmmmmm, im going to try that...also i thought it was a bad ecu since i was throwing a solid code, but i went borrowed a stock P28 and now i throw vtec codes but its still does the samething...anyother ideas on what maybe causing it to bog down and cut off when i push in the gas.

hmmmmm solid code with the orginal ecu and then a different code with another correct ecu.....first off maybe your original ecu is toast(which is not normal but a solid code is a symptom)...then common sense would tell me to trouble shoot the vtec codes with the ecu throwing the vtec codes....start there.....

Re: (instrument)
im throwing
21 VTEC spool solenoid valve
22 VTEC pressure valve
will that cause the car to go into limp mode. i thought i just wouldnt have vtec. Also im getting poppin from the intake is that anything to do with fuel? i have an AEM FPR.
SO im guessing my other p28 is shot since the borrowed p28 is not showing up solid

Re: (MI4$DC5)
I found why im throwing the code. The 2 are not plugged in. the wires were just by the ECU. Now i have rywire kit so its already has ecu plugs on it. do i just stick them in the correct locations or do i need some tool to stick the plugs in the ecu? Im just trying to be careful?

Re: (MI4$DC5)
yeah im going to look for another solenoid. Cause i plugged in the wires and now im just getting the 22 vtec pressure switch. ran that wire into the a4 and tried to splice them together and im still throwing the code. i checked the oil and pulled it off and cleaned it.
