ignitor & coil are good- 93 civic will not start. Help!!

ignitor & coil are good- 93 civic will not start. Help!!
I resently changed the ignitor due to the old one buned. Now, the car will not start eigther. I checked the main relay, have the 12 volts under the applied wiring guides listed on the manual. No spark. The yellow wire does have power but the wht/blue does not. So I checked the coil & new ignitor at autozone- they are good. Please help. It seems like a short....
