The Car is a 93 Del Sol 1.6 Manual Trans

Above is a video of what is happening in my car.. basically whenever I press the clutch pedal in a relay to the left of my clutch pedal goes on a buzzing rampage. ...

This leaves me to believe that the relay that is buzzing is the starter cut relay..which should only get power if the ignition switch is in the start position... so if it is getting power everytime i push the clutch down then either A) Ignitions Switch is bad or B) This relay is bad or C) I have a wiring issue

Has anyone ever had this type of issue with their car? If So, can anyone help point me in the right direction for possibly figuring out what the real problem is instead of me just guessing.
