if sumone with a helms can help?
ok i will be selling my 93 civic ex soon to pay for the new project. what i need is to know what the ecu pinout on the vx motor is so i can rewire the vx motor o2 sensor since its a 5 wire not 4 wire , so i dont have a check engine code ne more. i dont want to buy a helms for a eg since the new project is a dc i dont want to waste the 60 on that. so ne ones help would be great.

If you want to change to a 4 wire o2, you'll need change the ECU. The 4 and 5 wire sensor are totally different animals.

i already have the vx ecu in there running( like 7 months now) im throwing like three different codes right now one is o2, the other egr and then i think heater wire thign or what ever. no i just need the ecu pinout to hardwire my 5 wire o2, and yes i have that already to. i need to change to a 5 wire o2 i have the ex model car

a6 to pin1 (heater control)
d14 to pin7 (sensor input)
d16 to pin8 (sensor ground)
d8 to pin6 (sensor input)
d3 to pin4 (heater control)
d14 to pin7 (sensor input)
d16 to pin8 (sensor ground)
d8 to pin6 (sensor input)
d3 to pin4 (heater control)

thanks alot that should help me, are the pin ur talking bout the pins on the 5 plug like section a6 of the ecu to pin 1 on the clip of the o2 sensor. thanks again

i already have that service manual thing from online, its hard to read on the computer so i thought i would ask sumone with who would know, i really couldnt find what i was looking for with that. but it is a very helpful thing to have i have used it several times. thanks

ok that one is a little easier, i didnt notice the links on the side, i just had the manual makes it hard with knowledge of a starting and end point on that, that sire makes it much easier
