I needed a smog check and I knew I wasent going to pass. I paid the smog guy to PASS it and he did. I saw him adjust something which I think was the distributor. He passed it but now it idles to low, low to where the needle almost touches zero. What can I do to fix it? Do I just adjust the idle screw on the throttle body? Or is it something more with the distributor? And yes I know I shoulda gotten it fix instead but my registrations due in 2 weeks and I dont have time to replace parts. Help

I dont have a timing light. You think thats what he messed with?

either that or the idle. Buy a timing light. A cheap one will work just fine.
