Idles high but goes down if I rev it.. please help?

Idles high but goes down if I rev it.. please help?
Hey guys im fairly new to hondas and I recently bought a del sol with a d16 vtech swap and the car after its been warmed up will idle at 1500 to 2000 and if I rev it past 3k the idle will drop down to 1200. I tried adjusting the screw on the throttle body but its tight all the way..anyone know what it could be ? I checked for vacum leaks but couldnt find any. thanks

Tps is def stock if those rivets r stil in. Delete the ficv or cap the 2 nozzles n bypass it from the iacv directly to ur intake mani

Yes the rivets are still on the throttle body and btw where is the ficv ? right next to the tps ? or is that the iacv ? thanks

Check whether the throttle cable is adjusted too tightly and clean the throttle body because the throttle plate may be sticking and not closing properly.
