Check for vacuum leaks and there still could be air in the coolant get the front end higher than the rear and idle it for awhile, it can take multiple times to get it out I would start by checking for vacuum leaks though

I second checking for vacuum leaks.

Check that your pcv is working and that the brake booster check valve is working

Ok I'll check when I have time... Also when I'm driving and the car is on normal idle and if I was to move the steering wheel the idle will pick up and slowly go back down

Also, you need to check for trouble codes.

the idle should pick up under load but only 50-100 rpm depending on how much load as it is stated in the FSM I don't think its supposed to go over 750-800 though on its own
