Idle speed ?

Idle speed ?
Ok so i cleaned the tbody and intake mainfold with Gunk intake cleaner and i changed my oil after that and my idle is at 1100-1300 rpm and what are the possiblieties cousing that , it was really dirty next to the butterfly the enigne is b16a sec generation , should i adjust the butterfly or what ?

I dont think you should be idleing that high, you should be at 700-800. I would suggest reseting the ecu. and if that doesnt work try the butterfly..

i know i will do so tonite but before i cleaned it was steady at 800rpm and just trying to find out what happened all the sudden.

Are you waiting for the engine to reach normal operating temp? Cuz it usually idles a little higher to the engine can heat up quicker then the rpms go down once the cooling fan comes on.
