i have a 96 civic dx with a b20b & gsr tranny. im running a p75 ob1 ecu with an obd2-1 ecu jumper.

im not throwing any codes car idles nice around 900rpms... the problem is that when i hold the throttle steady in one spot the idle goes up and down and the same pace.


any ideas???? oh yeah the car smells like it is running rich but i checked the plugs and they look good.

any help is appreatiated
