i have a 99 civic fourdoor auto lx
motor is a d16y7

i had a fluctuating idle problem and my car would studder at low rpm so i changed my iacv and it still has the problem
but my check engine light went off and the car ran good...
so i drove around for about 30mins and the light came on again and my car again runs like ****.

any ideas on what would be causing this problem?

I had the same problem, but my cars manuel, it was a piece that was bolted under the throttle body. The hose that runs from the iacv, goes to this piece. I took it off and it was lik a spring that that wasnt pressed down. I will send pics

Could be the FITV, what ^he is talkin about, Or a vacuum leak or maybe your o2 sensor is bad. What is the code for?
