have you tried everything listed here?

and how did you check your vacuum lines? it takes more than a visual inspection.

i did a visual check and a physical check of lines every thing seemed to be ok and i tried sparyn some brake cleaner around the vaccum lines to see if the idle would lift

your ECU monitors the O2 sensor to tell how rich its running a broken O2 sensor or a O2 sensor that gives a weak readout will tell the ecu a low voltage or no voltage at all the ecu reads low or no voltage as lean mixture so it makes the mixture richer ...... so how are you on gas milage????? if its cruddy then i would def test the O2 sensor

I had the exact same problem when I put in a b20 in a civic. it turned out that the FITV washer/ gasket thing was leaking air... trip out

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 96lsivtech &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">i tried sparyn some brake cleaner around the vaccum lines to see if the idle would lift </TD></TR></TABLE>

i would also try spraying around the intake manifold gasket, the throttle body gasket, around the fast idle, and around the idle air control.
