Idle problems...
1994 Civic EX D16Z6 Engine
Well, we put my ITB's on... Took them off two days later (enough said). So then we got everything back to stock, aside from the B-Series Throttle Body we added on. It's idling at 4,000rpm. Turns out the Intake Manifold Gasket was worn thin and through.
So we changed out the Gasket... Still, the same problem, except this time with a HORRIBLE coolant leak. We cracked the manifold flange sequencing the bolts... So we tore it off, and put on the Y8 Manifold with the same B-Series Throttle Body.
The 4,000rpm idle went away... Now it's sparatic from 1,000rpm-2,000rpm. Changed the IACV twice. No change in idle at all. No Check Engine Lights, all the sensors are correctly hooked up.
Now I'm at a loss... Would it be the fault of the B-Series Throttle Body? I'm purely at a loss, I can't believe something so simple has turn into such a large head ache.
Any input is GREATLY appreciated.

It could be the throttle body. Could be the TPS. **** it could be anything.
You put ITB's on a D16...?
Anyways, try an ECU reset first. If that doesn't help, try adjusting the idle screw. This corrected mine... for the most part.

TPS is at .50volts... That's not the issue. It's certainly not the IACV, we changed it twice, same results.
I'm sure it's the B-Series Throttle Body. Anyone else think so?

Check for vacuum leaks, try spraying carb/cleaner on throttle body area, see if it bogs, if it does, then you've found your leak. If no leak, make sure that there's no air in your cooling system. Flush out radiator, re-fill.
