Stop trying random chips and ECU's and get the car tuned. The problem is likely the 70mm T/B that you have bolted to your B20... you need that about as much as you need another hole in your backside. It will NOT improve the performance of the engine at all, and in fact create idle and midrange issues... likely losing power from 1500 to 4500 rpm. The TPS needs to be set. Put your stock T/B back on and see if the problem goes away.

You must set up the TPS with a voltmeter after changing throttle body etc.
Warm up the engine then unplug the IACV-- that should starve the engine for air and make it idle very slowly. If it does not slow down you need to find out how the extra air is getting in.

Because you don't know what "tune" is on the chip in the P72... only what you have been told. Getting the car tuned by a reputable tuner will likely solve your issue.

Well, since a tuning shop made the basemap, it must be good. Maybe you should ask them what they think is your problem.

Don’t know if they rite but they kinda 3 Hours from em to take a trip but they told me they disabled the 02 sensor and knock sensor and unneeded sensor and they sayinf my checking light shouldn’t be on so they saying ifs some sensor in my motor is making it idle high but how is the car idle good with a stock p28 and a stock p72 but not with the chip out ecu I got from them car idle high and vibration a lot but run perfect and two step work and etc
