idle problem

Default idle problem

i have the low catalytic emissions cel so i need a new catalytic converter but could this cause my rpm's to drop low and come back up at idle?

I've never heard of idle problem cause by a cat, but I could be wrong.

it shouldn't. are you throwing any other codes? check IACV and fast idle valve

nah that's the only code and i wanted to know if that could potentially be the problem before i started checking vaccuum lines
