idle problem
hey i have a 93 del sol with a jdm b16a2 in it and i have to run my d16z6 throttle body on it because the one that came with the engine didnt have a map sensor on it, my idle pulses from 1500 to 2000 at idle. i was thinking it could be the tps sensor can anyone help me?

no such thing as a jdm b16a2
you prolly have a 2nd gen B16a umm, why didnt you use the throttle body for the b1 and get a new map sensor for it? |

There should be a little brass tube sticking out of the front (as in the side that will be towards the front of the car) of the JDM throttle body. This is your MAP connection. Get a small vac line and run it that way...

I have the map sensor for it somewhere, I'd sell it for $15 to you., It was on my motor, but I had to get the stick on kind for my edelbrock throttlebody. |
