ive been working since last night and all morning on the car and been trying to figure out why the idle is messed up. it happened out of nowehre and the rpms jump up and down. sometimes problem is intermittent and doesnt happen all the time when i start car. as of right now the idle is at 1.5 and the engine sounds like th eidle is fluctuating up and down. i have done all of this:

thorougly cleaned the IACV with brake cleaner
throoguhly cleaned the TB by spraying inside the throttle and brushing out the carbon
replaced the vacuum lines from the manifold to the brake booster
reset ecu

after doing all of these things today idle looked like it was fixed when i started car, after i installed the intake, same probllem happened. i uninstalled intake still same pproblem

any suggestions?

update: i sprayed the IM with carb cleaner and the bubbles popped up and got absorbed/sucked in through where the gasket is. does this mean i need to replace the gasket? i did this with no intake on, should that make a difference?
