so i have a turbo honda civic 1.6 and i replaced the head gasket recently where i got arp head studs on it and torque them down to about 70 ft lbs. i cleaned my iacv and sprayed carb cleaner around to find the leak but no leak...
it rpm was around 1.5-2k and now its at 2 and rising when i turn on the car...what can b wrong? i checked everything i possibly can and i need to figure this out so i can drive the car as i only have 1 car.
what is causing it to keep rising?

What do you mean when you say it keeps rising? As in once you start the car it keeps rising and rising? Or is it that NOW when you start the car the idle is now 2k when used to be only 1.5-2k? I'm also going to assume that the idles returns to normal when the car reaches operating temp. Now that it's pretty cold out my car starts at 2-2.5k.

when i start it..it will rise to 2k and even at normal temp it will still b there i got to turn the car off and on and then it will go down to 800rpm
