Default idle issue

I have a 99 civic swapped with integra B series and my car constantly over idles. It's fine when i give the throttle a tap but if I don't it goes way too high. I think it's the ECU since it's still the honda one in the car. Any help what else it could be?

What does this mean and how did you come to that conclusion? Technically it's all Honda. There is no Acura in Japan.

well when the engine got swapped, the ecu never did. It was still the stock engine for the car. I don't know a whole lot about cars, but would I need to change the ecu since its swapped?

It never hurts to change ecu as well. Your stock ecu will have fuel maps to power the smaller d16 or d15 and not the bigger b18 and the ignition timing and everything may. Even be off by a little bit. I believe but not positive you need a p75 ecu for that.
