idle drops low in neutral only when cold
99 civic ex with a obd1 d16 swap. When motor is cold when you rev it or step on the clutch to neutral, idle drops to 200 and sometimes dies. Idle from this point will go back up to 1500 rpm but not smoothly. When warm it idles fine.
Iacv I cleaned last year because of a hunting idle when warm.
Tips voltage is a bit high but seems reasonable at 0.55 closed and 5.4 wot
All ignition parts are new
Went to clean the fitv but think the original IM was kept from the y8. There are two coolant lines under tb but looks like its built into the tb. My z6 the fitv was removable.
