idle air control(IAC) check engine light

idle air control(IAC) check engine light
right now my set up on my mini me is
d16y7(CX) throttle body
d16y8(EX)automatic intake manifold
d16y7 IAC sensor which is attach to the y7 throttle body
d16y8 head
d16y7 block
now because of this i have a Check engine light (IAC)idle air control malfunction.
i just got a EX 5speed intake manifold, now im trying to get a EX 5speed Idle Air Control sensor to match the intake manifold to replace my current set up.
1. Will this fix the problem?
2. does everything have to be match? for example: EX 5speed throttle body with EX speed IAC with EX 5speed manifold?
4. Or can i do this set up instead? automatic EX throttle body with automatic EX Idle Air Control with EX automatic intake manifold on my mini-me which is a 5speed?
