Better pictures? It's the bolt that is located behind the speaker. This is with the speaker cover off, obviously.
I thought it was #13 also, but I need the actual bolt that goes into the holder. I went to a local hardware store and none of them were the right thread which causes that section to rattle.

just get a big selftapping screw and some doublesided tape. put the double sided tape behind the panel around that area and then crank that big ole screw down in place and it shouldnt rattle anymore.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea at all.
I'm trying to just order the screw though because I'm making an order from hondaautomtiveparts.com in the near future, and I figure the extra $1 tacked on to the bill won't really matter.
