Identify this flywheel please...
Can anyone tell what kind of flywheel this is
sorry if the pics are big.
Also if you know what brand it is, is it a good flywheel (is it balanced) or should i stick to oem GSR? I got it from ebay so don't know if it is really what the guy said it was.

It looks like a Fidanza flywheel to me. Almost exactly like the one I just put on my H22A. Whether to use that or a stock one is personal prefference, and it should come balanced.

cool thanks thats what the guy said it was Fidanza. I was wondering because all it says is SFI on the yellow label and with ebay you never know.

I am looking to gain better acceleration. I know it doesn't add power but it will make the car accelerate qucker with a lighter flywheel right?? And it will be a pain to stop and go in traffic??

i have a 9lbs exedy flywheel
stop and go traffic is the same. if you know how to drive, you shouldnt have a problem other than the occassional stall
