Default Ideal offset for wheels on 2000 civic coupe

Just like the title. What would be the ideal offset for wheels on a coupe. I've had two sets of rota wheels, this time around I got 195/55/15 size tires that are pretty much flush with the rear fender - but since the fender on the coupes point inward they rub on the tires. I'm having them rolled tuesday, but just wondering if anyone else has this problem

Good lord how low is your car? +45mm is the norm. That's what my 15x6.5" Mugen RNR's were. No rub w/ 205/50 RT-215's. No rub with 205/50 A032R's either which is wider then a standard 205 street tire, let alone a 195 street tire and these were on 7" wide Kosei's
