an idea got from my friend in japan, car recovery.
my friend had his car stolen 4 times in japan from range of 5 years. so before he got his 4th car stolen, he hot melt his name and address on every parts in the car. and paint his name and address on the seat. he actually found the theif recover every part. and his car is still kicking *** in japan.
just thought of drop off this idea for those people who got their love car stolen, and those who is stealing and reading this. you better watch out. I am pretty sure one day you'd get bust for this. especially if you hit on my car. I am getting them done already. even the rims.

Re: (xFlipNotiKx)
actually to make it easier to identify something buy an engraver. You can take it and engrave your initials and last 4 numbers of your social security number onto just about anything...... on rims its best to do it on the inside before getting tires put on so when you do see your (stolen set rolling on another car)you can get the cops involved they will have the tires removed and behold your info right there.....

Re: (driverunknown)
Hmm...never heard of this idea before. What if thieves see your car at a mall with your address on it somewhere, and come to your house at 3 am to steal it?

Smart idea...
Cops in Japan are fairly inept.. suprising how they keep locating his cars. Car theft there is suprisingly high as well.
Even if you engrave you name on items and later choose to sell them, just write a "bill of sale" with signatures and a date on them incase anyone gives you crap and hold it with the copy of the cars' title.
