IAT sensor on skunk2 manifold
I put my skunk2 manifold on my b16 today and I dont have an IAT sensor that goes onto the manifold, mine goes into the actual intake arm...So what did others do to block off that hole in the manifold where the IAT sensor is supposed to go?

Buy caps at advance auto or another auto parts store for like $2, cap it and zip tie the cap so it cant come off (atleast if you are boosted).

You can't cap that style you can make a block off plate

Buy a roll of sheet aluminum at like Home depot or w/e, cut a piece to shape with a dremel, drill holes to match what is on the manifold, apply honda-bond to the mating surface on the manifold, bolt down newly made block off plate, allow Honda-bond to dry.
Retarded easy.

Re: IAT sensor on skunk2 manifold
I'll have to find the exact amount, but the ecu does have a correction for timing and fuel based on air temperature. On one hand, the intake manifold is going to conduct heat from the cylinder head and warm the air, but on the other hand, the sensor being mounted in the intake manifold could conduct some heat and give a false reading. Exactly how much, I don't know. Hondas normally run pretty rich, so making the engine think the air is colder would just make it run even more rich and lose power. Making it see warmer temperatures should make it pull a little fuel and run a little leaner and gain a tiny bit of power.
The hole in the intake could be covered with plug, JB Weld a piece of pop can over it, put a clamp over it, a strip of a coupler, or just get another piece of piping. I've used intercooler piping for intakes multiple times because it is the same thing, it's cheaper and I don't live in a fascist state like California that needs CARB numbers on every little part.

Re: IAT sensor on skunk2 manifold
You could always pull one from a junk yard and install on your manifold and cap the intake one. I had to install a P30 manifold on my B16A2 in my OBD1 del sol. There wasn't a bung on the PR3 manifold for mine.

Tap and die set, and a drill. Saves a lot of money and time when trying to make things work. Today I drilled and tapped a block fitting to screw a -6AN fitting in instead of spending $35 for the B&R fitting.
