Default IACV cause Backfire?

I am throwing 14 IACV and 41 for O2. I have the obd2 to 1 conversion so the IACV wire is out... for the fix. Would a dirty or bad iacv cause backfire, revving at 1500-1800 without the car in gear, etc.. ? I guess the backfire is more my question.
The iacv is located above the manifold correct on the right side ?

I highly doubt that it would cause the backfire.

Unplug your O2 sensor and see if it still backfires.

I always though backfiring was caused by a/f mixture.

Correct me if wrong
