IACV....but want to confirm
I have an irratic idle on my 00' B16b, now from all the searching i have done its either the FIT or the IACV. however i think i read somewhere that at a certain year they did away with the FITv on the engines leaving just the IACV. Is this correct? Or do i have both the FITv and the IACv?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

no fitv on 96-up clean the iacv out if it doesn't work then test it to see if it's the iavc itself ..also check for vac leaks

Any easy way to check for vaccume leaks? I cant imagine there is. On another note thanks for confirming the FITv thing for me.

Would carb cleaner work? and to get this right from what i've read just spray around the connection of the vacume line and then listen for a change or surge in idle correct?
