IACV for 97 Civic
I was told that the factory is warranteeing these things.
I have a "14" CEL code, and was wondering if anyone else has been through this before.
Will Honda warrantee it?
If not, where's the best place to obtain one?
How difficult is the remove/replace?
How did I get here? Surging Idle for a week or two, then CEL as soon as surging stopped. Code "14."

They did issue a recall within the last year for emmisions components. I will look to see if I can find my copy of the recall.

You can call the dealer and tell them your problem and they can tell you if it is part of the warranty coverage.

i wouldnt think they would warranty that, but the part is easy to find and they're cheap and takes about 20-30 minutes to change.

Good idea, I'll call the dealer and see if there's a recall...
If not, which sensor is it? the one on the rear of the throttle body? Is it just an unbolt and replace thing? Or is there more to it? I hear horror stories of trying to clean them out and then the engine runs like crap.
Any one ever been down this road before?
