Default IACV 3wire to 2 wire

Hey Guys I have a little problem here, I have searched over and over, found some helping Articles but no luck,

I just recently completed a auto to manual swap for d16y8 Engine, EJ8
I converted to OBD1
I changed over the Intake manifold from auto one to a manual one but i did USE the Auto Throttle Body

I completed the Wiring and ECU pinning Shown here : https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=852762

Im still getting The surging, I dont know if it could be the TB or 2 wire plug, I cut it from a ZC manual Engine,

If anyone can help me diagnose this It would greatfull guys,

Anyone think it could be the Auto Throttle body, Salvage yards are closed on sundays, so i cant get one, anyone in orlando can get me one i would buy it.

Im all out of ideas, and its 3 AM here in florida,

Any help guys

thanks

I used a ZC 2 wire plug which the colors are different than the ones in the instructions, could it be that as well, Its a green colored plug, with back with yellow stripe and blue and yellow stripe, I hope its just the TB

try throwing in a manual tb and the plug it doesnt matter as long as its round and 2 wire plug. just dont use the middle wire/orange. leave it hanging. wire them up. reset ecu and see if it will still do it. If it does switch the wires and reset again
