Default IACV 3 wire to 2 wire

First of all I have search and havent found anyone who did the conv before and can tell me it really works.
I have a 99 civic lx with a D16Y7, I will do a mini-me and a OBD2 to OBD1 converssion with a conv harness and a p28 ecu. Well I know my car use a 3 wire iacv and the OBD1 ecu use a 2 wire iacv. I have the intake manifold from an manual y8 but dont have the iacv and throttle body. I know my car have the iacv in the throttle body and the manual one have a diferent tb and have the iacv in the back of the tb. My quetion is this, I can seal the holes on the manual manifold and use my tb with the iacv on it and do the 2 wire conversion on the B plug move pin b6 to the empty b23 and unpin b15 and live it disconected. If I do this can I leave the 3 wire plug and my idle will be fine? any one have done this before? Im not sure this will work well. If this doesnt work I have to buy a manual IACV and TB!!!!
If any one have done this let me know if it works before I start the project.

Any help will be aprecited.

Thanks in advance.

No.

If you're using an ECU that controls a 2-wire IACV, then that is what you use.

3-wire and 2-wire iacv's are different. You need to use the 2-wire one on the back of the manifold. I think you can use your old throttle body, but you have to seal up the holes where the 3-wire iacv is mounted, but I'm not 100% positive. I did the mini me swap 2 weeks ago, but i used a 5-spd y8 intake manifold with everything on it.

if you look at a 2 wire plug and look at the colors of the wires and look at the 3 wire the orange one is missing just cut the orange one as long as ur running a 2 wire ecu

Maybe you don't get what he is asking....he wants to know if he can run his existing 3 WIRE IACV with only 2 wires

That would be a big no

I was thinking of using my TB and seal up the holes where the 3-wire iacv is mounted but not sure if I can do that,
