IAC valve, Squeeks, and shocks..HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These questions are for a 99 civic si.
1) My idle is jumping up and down from 500K to 1000K and I just found this IAC valve on ebay from a 93 B16A DOHC VTEC. My question is, will it be fine on a B16A2?
Heres the link to the IAC valve on ebay
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...24504
Any other IAC valve info would be great.
2) OK, here goes my other problem. When im driving and step on the clutch, the passenger side wheel squeeks and squeels. It does that during bumps and takeoffs too. Its been going on for about a week now. I also have lost a little handling during bumps and turns. Its really annoying.
I also already changed out both axles 7 or 8 months ago. I jacked up the car and their fine. Could it be the shocks or springs? Maybe the shocks are out? clutch maybe?
Feedback would be extremely appreciated.
3) And gere goes my last issue. I have a 2 + inch drop on Tokico blues and Proactive adjustable springs on my 99 si. If blues are going out and im looking for a replacement. What replacement do you guys recommend to retain the current drop and street drivability. I was thinking staying Tokico and going with the Illumnias. All recommendations would be helpful. Doesnt anybody use proactive adjustable springs around here?

yea it will fit. the only one that i think maybe different is a gsr because of the inverted intake mani. mine switched over find to a type R. just make sure it has a good seal. if its that little of a surge it could be a vacuum leak. you have to check everything i went through a lot of crap with my sir2.

Someone just told me the IAC valve will not fit. I hope it does fit though. A new one at autozone is $130 [YIKES] Can I get another confirmation on this.
