IAC valve problem!
Alrighty im completly stumped. So I just swapped a 99 Gsr motor into my EH3 and never had a problem like this before! Im throwing two CEL's and they are code 41 and 14.
41 beings primary o2 sensor and 14 being idle air control. O2 not a problem at all running open headers right now because single cam pipping was too short so cancel that out.
Now for my code 14, changed 3 IAC valves (one brand new) and cleaned and reseted my ECU and still the code come on and wont go away! I have checked all the plugs are all plugged right and dont know what the hell is going on! and on the back of the manifold there is a vaccum the only way that the motor will hold idle is if that is open. this is a stock 99 gsr motor what the hell is goin on anyone know let me know!\ if you experienced this problem

Re: IAC valve problem! (KRAP DIVAD)
i had this problem when i swapped in my gsr. i know its an easyy eassssyy fix prob can do it yourself but since i was already at SPEED FACTORY (in tacoma, wa and i noticed youre in seattle) ricky just adjusted something and it was normal..i forget what he did..but easy fix. and i was running open header for a bit too LOL sounds like my probs when i swapped it..and i know one was cus i was missing my o2 sensor. and my ecu grounds were all [freak]ed idk so many probs
but take to speed factory if anything! (yes my *** is promoting cus theyre reallll good) lol and they dont charge up the bootay
