Default I went to the Sacramento Raceway today...

So, since I had the day off, I decided to head up to Sacramento Raceway for the first time. This would be the very first time I track my car in the 1/4 mile. I had no previous Drag Racing experience whatsoever prior to today. So, I just wanted to post up my Time Slips (not too great) and see what everyone else, with about the same setup as me, was running. I made a total of 4 passes.

I did a 19.0 second run the very first time..
I jumped the start early and spun all the way through 1st gear. Having no Drag Racing experience will do that to you.

And the 16.416 was my best for today. Just wondering what everyone else with similar setups were running?

BTW, here is my setup:
1993 Honda Civic EX Coupe
D16Z6 with Bolt-Ons (AEM CAI, DC 4-2-1, Random Tech Cat., Greddy EVO)
Slight Weight Reduction (A/C, CC, Back Seat, Spare Tire & Tools)
Removed Power Steering Belt
15" Rota Slips
Brigdestone Potenza S-03 (195/50-15) @ 29 PSI
3/4 tank of Gas (91 Octane)

Dude 60ft is killing you. Put your tires down to 21-23 psi...hold gas at 4500 and and release clutch easily...dont dump it but release it so that it grabs good...you should be able to get off the line good.

Heres some hope for you...with a 2.451 60ft i ran a 16.406, with a 2.260 60ft i ran a 15.964...something to think about...

Also, consider having about 1/4 of a tank left, the less weight the better.
