damn, i know to swap a B series engine into an EK, you need the 99-00 Si rear tranny bracket and the 99-00 Si driver side bracket under the cam gears. after reading a couple sites, they all say i ONLY need the rear tranny bracket. they say i can use my stock EK driver side bracket. this comes from that hybrid honda site too so it has some credibility. someone clear this up for me please! Do i need the 99-00 Si driver side bracket or not?

You just need the top part of the bracket. The alignment is not going to be right with the stock one. The Si is at a different angle. But then again it depends on what mount you have on the block. 1st gen b16's driver side mounts are different from the newer ones. Good luck.

you need the drivers side mount that bolts to the block. This allows you to use the bracket and the liquid filled mount that bolts to the car.
