I think my Del Sol has finally Died
Last night I went to start my car after 7 days and just wouldn't start. It would turn over and all the lights worked so it wasn't the battery. After cranking on it for 5~10 minutes it finally started but the largest cloud of smoke came out the tail pipe. It appeared to be mostly blue and black, oil and gas. I have two thoughts on my cause.
1. Not enough compression, rings are shot or valves are shot or both
2. Fuel pump is in really bad shape. It seemed like it just wasn't getting fuel.
This 1993 Del Sol Si has 210,000 miles on it.
If anyone has some additional incite please advise.

Well, you really dont know if its not getting fuel or if its not getting spark, right? Did you pull the plugs/wires or injectors? Do you smell fuel?
Check to see what your spark looks like - blue/white or yellow/orange. (the latter being a bad coil)
I would bet this before fuel
