I think i blew my headgasket......?!?..... help........
i was driving on the highway at about 75mph and all of a sudden my car wouldnt accelerate so i downshifted and my car wouldnt even rev, so i pulled over to the side of the highway and by the time i slowed down my car died out.....i tried to start it again and it would crank but not even close to turning over....so i got out and noticed i lost all my coolant.....it seemed to be coming out of the back of the engine somewhere on the drivers side.....btw....i have a 93 d16z6 motor.....so did i blow my headgasket or could it be something else?....thanks

did you see alot of white smoke coming from your engine? it sounds like you might have done more damage than you think. by chance did you happen to be paying attention to temp gauge? if you were running your car without coolant for anytime at all you could have cracked your head, warped your head or maybe both. i would go and get it looked at as soon as you can! good luck and keep us updated!!!!

i had a full radiator of coolant before i left.....i checked it the day before and added some.......no white smoke and my engine wasnt hot...i dont get it

if it was the water pump wouldnt i still be able to start my car......it wont even turn over.....like there is no compression

so your saying it's a no crank no start condition or a crank no start.
by any chance have you checked your timing belt is it broken are bits of teeth missing.

why don't you fill it up with water again and see where it comes out of.
If the headgasket is blown sometimes you can check the oil and see what it looks like. If it is milky then that means there is water in there and more than likely the gasket is blown
